Participating in JMU Tae Kwon Do Club is an excellent opportunity to study martial arts and learn valuable self-defense skills, as well as a great way to live a more active, healthier life.  We discipline our minds and bodies so that we may protect ourselves and those around us when violent encounters occur.  Our members challenge themselves physically and mentally to discover their inner strength and develop their skills, all the while being part of a truly unique community.

No prior experience is necessary for joining the club.  JMU TKD Club has a lot to offer members of all levels of experience.  Our incoming members vary in experience levels, from those who are black belts in different schools to those who have little to no experience in martial arts.  Nevertheless, anyone who joins the club has the potential to be challenged and to grow as a martial artist.

Tuesdays/Thursdays 

7:30pm - 8:45pm Advanced Practice (purple belts and above)

9:00pm - 10:15pm Beginner and Intermediate Practice (green belts and below)

Saturdays

3:00pm - 6:00pm Practice for all Belt Levels
